We have been in the Amusement Machine business for 20 years & although we make every effort to ensure that all equipment we sell, is in top condition at the time of sale, we are talking about machines that can be up to 15 to 20 years old. Pinball Machines are electronic, with many many parts & a steel ball rattling around at high speed, so by their very nature, components occasionally may fail or break.
Having said that, pinballs are a lot of fun, an excellent investment & generally very reliable. They should go for many years with little or no problems. We guarantee that they will be in excellent working condition at the time of sale & customers can play the machines themselves to verify this before accepting delivery.
ALL ORDERS will be shipped or released for shipping when fully paid for. Our pinballs are sold on an "ex warehouse" basis, but may be delivered & installed for a small additional cost if in the Brisbane metropolitan area. Delivery can also be arranged to other areas of Queensland, or Interstate, as required
RETURN/REFUND POLICY: Within seven (7) day from pickup or delivery, a pinball may be returned to us for refund. After this, all sales are considered final, due to the speciality of our items. We reserve the right to charge a minimum 5% restocking fee on any orders we choose to accept back into stock. Any damaged incurred from the time of pickup or delivery to the time of return, will be assessed & deducted from the refund amount.
LIMITED WARRANTY. 30 days on parts only, applies from the date of the pickup or delivery. To honour this, any defective part must be received by us for repair or replacement within the 30 day period to be covered under the warranty. There may be times that the part is no longer available and out of our control. We will do our best to repair the defective part and get it back to you as soon as possible. There will be a charge for outside service, labour, pickup and/or delivery, should this be required.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES do we cover the cost of labour if a technician is required to go out to your location.
EXCEPTIONS: Some items may require a slight adjustment upon delivery due to
it is determined that it is more than a minor adjustment we will reimburse you up to $100 for labour (as we cover all parts for 30 days) to have a technician come out and repair your machine, any amount above that will be your responsibility. Current rates for our technicians are $50 per hour.If outside the Brisbane metropolitan area, we may be able to assist by referring you to qualified technicians in your specific area, or you may choose to nominate your own technician. With our prior approval, they will be paid by us, a labour charge of up to $100 to rectify any problem.
This reimbursement is to help you only if you receive your machine not working The service tech you hire must contact our office for approval of any repairs and cost that we are covering.
DELIVERY RECEIPT: Every customer is required to sign the Delivery Receipt below, certifying to the receipt & condition of the goods, either on pickup from our Warehouse (if sold ex warehouse) or if delivered by outside transport. The customer is encouraged to inspect the machine thoroughly before signing.
If the goods are damaged or not to your satisfaction, do NOTaccept the item, or sign the Delivery Receipt. Please remember that any damage to your machine, occurring in transit is not covered by any warranty we offer, but may be covered by the Transport Company’s Transit Insurance Policy.
Acceptance of damaged goods will be your responsibility should you knowingly keep the damaged goods. Contact the Transport Company to process an inspection & claim.
