We have been in the Arcade Business since 1986 when we opened our first Amusement Arcade in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane - more than 20 YEARS ago. We operated over 250 Amusement Machines throughout the S.E. Queensland area, including over 80 Pinball Machines in Hotels, Resorts and other locations during the 1990s when Pinballs were at the height of their popularity.

This popularity started to decline in the mid 1990s with the introduction of many other forms of entertainment, culminating in the closure of all the major Pinball factories (which were all based in Chicago, USA) in 1999. Bally, Williams, Gottlieb, Sega (previously Data East) & Capcom all suffered this fate

Pinballs are experiencing a resurgence in popularity, particularly the 90s pinballs & many who played these in the Arcades & Hotels in the 90s, now want one for their Games Room.

Classics from the 1970s such as Kiss, Playboy, Eight Ball Deluxe, are keenly sought after, but it is mainly the 90s Pinballs that are in keen demand, because of all the special features - multiball, sound effects, lighting etc with prices for all top quality pinballs escalating at 10-15% per year in value, making these an excellent investment. Also, parts for the 90s pinballs are still quite readily available, making them a much more attractive proposition

The demand worldwide, has far exceeded supply, as every pinball is a "Limited Edition" - only a set number of each model was manufactured. The problems is finding one in perfect condition is paramount & brings us to why WE started back in this business, of refurbishing pinballs

We were getting tired of people phoning, or visiting our warehouse asking if we could help them with the pinball they "just bought off Ebay", or from a Company "down South" that either didn't work, or worked for a short while before the flippers fell to pieces, or the machine suffered from some other terminal illness

Therefore, there was a need for someone to do it right. That is where our 20 years experience in the Arcade business and our Technicians who have also had 20 years experience working on pinballs, makes the difference. We are not out to make a "quick buck" and do not take shortcuts.

Playfields on every pinball are totally stripped down and rebuilt, faulty or missing parts replaced, flippers rebuilt &  rubbers & globes replaced.  We purchase Parts from all over the world. In short, we spend an average of $1,000 on each pinball.  For more details on our refurbishment process go to Pinball Restoration Process

If a pinball machine does not come up to our high standards - we do not sell it.

Only one Company makes pinballs today, Stern (formerly Data East in the 90's before they sold to Sega) but although their pinballs are technically sound, with some interesting titles, they do not have the nostalgic value of the "boom" period of the early 1990s when "Addams Family", "Terminator 2", "Twilightzone", "Indiana Jones" & many others started pulses racing.
